Erm. Was meant to do this last year for a friend (pictured) at her request. At least I started it last year.
It has now been conviniently finished a week or so before her birthday. It is perhaps a bit rushed: 90% of it was done yesterday (between frequent checks to see if the internet was back up).
The huge cursor is to try to remove the need for drawing her finger-tips, which I just couldnt get right, without having to crop the image.
Lazy - yes. Shortcuts - a few. Will she ever notice - I doubt it.
